Threatening letters

[link to this post]

After leaving plusnet due to them renaging on my contractual deal, I now start getting threating and unsigned letters trying to get me to repay my final bill.

As it is pointless complaining via their proceedures I thought a letter direct to the managing director might get some response.

The question is who is the MD?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that, I can assure you that complaints do reach a dedicated team and will be dealt with in full so without a doubt it'd be worth giving it a go. There's details on how to do it here: http://www/support/service/policies/complaints_code_of_practice.shtml

I'm sorry you don't feel we fulfilled the contract, and can assure you that the complaints team will investigate for you.
