The Plusnet copy of the profile always takes a few hours to catch up, as it isn't a real-time update, but that update often fails and possibly even worse with the new 88.2% method that you are on.

If it isn't right tomorrow, you should just need the Plusnet copy setting to 14000, or 14658 if they can do that.

It looks like being the usual nightmare. After a few hours things picked up again. Nearly 13Mb down on speedtest net, but STILL the BT speedtester was only showing 7Mb down, despite showing a sync of 16614 kbps and a line profile of 14658kbps. For some reason for the last week or two, it seems that the BT system has decided I am to have no more than 7+kbps. As I expected, speed fell to the floor after half an hour.

30 Minutes later.

All despite the Billion router now showing 16615kbps sync, 14782kbps down, SNR down 4.6db and ATT down 30.5. All of which is very respectable. I really have had enough of anything remotely BT.

Are you serious!? That's ridiculous.

On 21CN the ISP can indeed set the upload to 448Kbps (i agree, it's a tad silly). It just requires a quick modify and it can be changed to uncapped.

Ah Mr Pitt, how are you smile

I've raised a ticket as part of the original request so hopefully all should go through at the same time.
