'Fraid not, sorry frown.

On that attenuation ADSL2+ which Plusnet can supply if your exchange is enabled for it wouldn't give any download benefit.

It looks like you connected before it was fully light. You might get another few hundred doing it during full daylight, buit that's nothing to do with any move.

As you're savvy enough to have DMT I expect you've already done things like getting rid of the ring wire and not using a plug-in extension cable? That's a decent speed for 57dB attenuation.

Goog move??

When i signed up to voda, it was sold as unlimited (40 Gb FUP).I use 80-100 Gb/month.

No traffic management.

I moved from plusnet to vodafone because of slow MS updates and ISO downloads from my technet subscription.

After six months i will be charged £1for caller display.

BUT.... been looking around and £26.50 is still cheap for market 1 (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/SWRSO) exchange for calls, rental and >50Gb adsl.

The only other option is BT line rental saver and vivaciti Home 100,

Ian

i have been with vodafone since the day it started doing home broadband , i can count on one hand the amount of times i have had a problem , speeds have always been good with virtually no down time on my line ,

i used to be a very heavy down loader and never had any problems, £25.54 for line rental unlimited broadband and all my calls included in that price was one of the cheapest packages out there ,

i have had a quick look around and can not find anything similar for the same money apart from the transfer to plusnet,

i just hope they are as good as vodafone has been and come 6 months down the line don't start increasing the price( apart from the increase in add ons ) to bring me in line with there customers price plans

cheers
chris

Been with Vodafone at home since May 2007, not happy with the move as the 60gb limit is not enough and from the phone conversation I had plusnet WILL charge for going over (plus Caller Display will cost money after six months)

Best unlimited deal I can find is Orange or Sky for £27-28

Here in lies the rub, on market 1 providing unlimited without LLU is very very difficult. I think the fact people have been able to go over the 40GB FUP may have helped to make their mind up, beyond the relatively small numbers compared to say O2 and Orange.

It will be a pain, but consider the unmetered period, and kicking off downloads over night.

For non-llu Vodafone has been good in providing a better service than O2 Access and Sky Connect which often get a bad rep.
