PN is a good ISP but I think the ticketing system certainly needs sorting out - due to poor, chaotic support I had to reluctantly move to another ISP - after waiting 5 days for a MAC
I think if I was that fed up with my ISP I would ask for a MAC and move on ............. ages ago

Exactly, he obviously hates Plusnet, so move on, go somewhere else and stop the endless whinging! Some of us are perfectly happy with Plusnet, with all its foibles.
