[link to this post]

Just had an email requesting I visit http://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=questions all I get is :-

"Website temporarily unavailable"

You'd think they know if their own site was down! frown

We did know the site was going to be down, however the link you've quoted is probably part of a number of system generated messages that get sent (notification of a ticket response perhaps?)

I can't really think of a practical way for us to avoid that happening?

Best regards,

Perhaps it's something you could look into?

Not a problem on it's own, but with my questions being overlooked it just adds to the "pain". frown

Site was back up, but no sign of any new questions, just my two awaiting Plusnet's replies. frown

Have you got one of the ticket IDs? I'll take a quick look for you if I get a spare minute ...

Sorry: I thought Plusnet were the exception to the rule. Obviously my first impressions were wrong. frown

We do know when our website is going to be down: http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1329152818.htm

What we don't know is when the link is going to be clicked on!

Found the ticket. It was closed anyway; so perhaps another bug in the system? Emailing customers for answers to closed tickets. frown
