this post is quite straightforward and clear need a better understanding of the language perhaps. Also the "verification" as I understand it is more to confirm that a charge should be legitimately made made in the first place, after all Plusnet will be taking a hit as well as the customer.
Basically a confirmation of what was indicated in the OP.....so, much ado about nothing.
