I've logged ticket 60966951 a few moments ago so hopefully things should be sorted out next week.

I assume that you tried this http://www.plus.net/support/phone/broadband_phone/in...
I don't see the option here https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mydetails&?membe... since my account doesn't include it except as PAYG
If you don't see it either then something is screwed and a phone call or ticket is the only option

It was all sorted out earlier in the week.

Account is ready and inclusive minutes showing. Just need to get hold of the Gigaset C610 IP that I have ordered and set it up.
