Network performance for streaming

Is anyone else getting the issue that streaming iplayer etc between 9 and midnight is suffering poor performance?

I only get it during these times and have good speed (around 10Mbit downstream) but over the last couple of months the speed is getting worse.

What account type are you on and what steaming app/site is it?

Usually when people say iplayer they mean BBC iPlayer!

Sorry, I really wasn't clear. What platform are you streaming iPlayer on? PC/Console/TV ?

Sorry forgot to swich on notifications. It is usually on a PC and is not just limited to iPlayer - most of the streaming services seem to have similar issues (4OD, Lovefilm etc).
It rarely used to happen before in the evening and it consistently improves around 23:00 onward.
I have scanned around and picked a better channel on WiFi just in case but that has made little difference.

If you download the program and then watch it does it play properly?

I've two PC's and a Panasonic Vierra TV. One PC and the TV can stream iPlayer HD perfectly well, the other PC won't as the CPU maxes out. I'm on 20CN and get similar results as you on the diagnostic.
