So I guess they are being clear enough, or no one has complained.

If someone complains they am sure BT Retail will be able to show that a user who wants to download via P2P only, can easily exceed the Ofcom averaage of 23GB per month .

Guidance notes are just that, firms have to interpret them and take a choice. We have not seen the wording Plusnet is wanting to use in its adverts yet.

Speeds, yes, connection, no My exchange is Market 2, but only because Virgin offer a cable service to a few houses, so there is no LLU / 21CN available for me so I'm using IP Stream.

There doesn't seem to be a definite NO publicised, but the story on the front page only lists ADSL2+ as the platform.

Unlimited will be available on non-WBC/ADSL2+ enabled exchanges too.
