Apparently I was given an offer for Unlimited (from Value) which didn't exist.

It all seems to be sorted out now, although it has taken 8 days to do it.

Did you upgrade to anything then?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.0/14.9Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
