Why would anyone want VoIP, gaming and streaming spoilt by background activities like Usenet, P2P or downloads?

The prioritisation means the time critical activities take the bandwidth they need and then the background activities take everything that's left.

Explain why you want that?

Choice, the ability to prioritise traffic on one's own connection, without the ISP pre-prioritising in advance. It won't be for everyone, that's why Pro is an option.

Is VPN traffic throttled? If so, what about with the Pro option?
