Check Member Centre >> Connection Settings >> High Speed Broadband >> Current line speed.

That is supposed to be a either fraction below the IP Profile, so 64.3Mbps, or the default 78Mbps. There is an automatic update system from BT Wholesale but often fails. (There is more than one possible reason and the explanation goes on a bit!).

It is probable that yours has not been updated from what it was on the 40Mbps service. Support can sort it out.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.2/15.2Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Hi there,

Just tweaked the speed profile on your account, hoping that's made a difference for you? Please let us know.
