No, needs an engineer to come and see what the problem is.

Why didn't the installation engineer check it to start with?

He did it failed on something then he re-ran the test and it passed.
He then said i'd be around the 50mb according to his machine, checked i could open web pages and that was it job done.
Never did a test via the browser for d/l speed.

How are you managing to access the internet?

It still works, just, but slower than a slow thing on a slow day lol
