And yet your IP Profile is staying at a solid 47.43Mbps, suggesting that the VDSL modem has not re-synchronised - in which case you aren't suffering from disconnection problems.

It also means DLM hasn't intervened (otherwise you'd see speed changes), so DLM isn't seeing line errors.

It is a shame that you haven't got a TBB BQM meter running (so we could see disconnections and/or packet loss), or that your modem isn't unblocked (so that we could see the error rate and the uptime)

The nearest thing I can think of is to ask Plusnet for one of their graphs of the Radius server connection/disconnections. You'd probably be best off asking on their forum, rather than via a ticket.

Another question: Do you have a static IP address from Plusnet? It would have cost you a one-off £5. If not, can you watch what IP address you've been allocated on the router, and see if it ever changes?

If you have the Technicolor TG582N, then it'll probably be under the "Broadband Connection" and "Internet Services" menu items.

So what do you think caused the problems?

And yes - streaming films is a good way to gobble through the usage allowances.

That doesn't make sense to me, does it to anyone else?
