I went to the Plusnet website to see if I could order a static IP online, rather than phoning. Using the Plusnet website is like navigating a pedalo made out of feathers through treacle. Not a good advert for them. I wish they'd sort it out.

That's interesting. I know that when I ordered my static IP address from the website I found it pretty quickly. Don't ask me where though! It could be that now I have one the option is no longer available to me.
How's the actual broadband now Annie? Didn't I see you saying somewhere it was very slow?

I'm now all static IP'd up. My point was the website is sooooooooo slow....
