Good CS from PN but its a shame about being sent a dud router ...!
I'm unfamiliar with PN's RMA protocols but I hope they don't expect me to be sending my router back and then sending out a replacement.. That will take days, My misses is already feeling the withdrawals of no wi-fi around the home. lol

To make a new PPPoE Connection - Direct into modem right-click on the little network icon in lower taskbar > Network settings > New BBand conn. > PPPoE (Enter your assigned username and password (If required);

Standard procedure a new router is sent out then a prepaid return bag is sent separately I believe although it may come with the router
