Migration from Talktalk

My sister is migrating one of her lines from Talktalk to Plusnet.

I'm looking forward to see how migration from a full LLU line goes... but Plusnet are stuck with their suppliers trying to get the line access ID for it... what is it and how long does it take to get it?

We rang Talktalk and they said a MAC isn't needed for LLU migration... Phone line gets cut off by Talktalk in July.

Eventually found out why they need a line access ID. There are two phone lines going to my sisters house and they can't identify which is which.
