Re-direction on Website

Still getting re-directed when I click on a link on your webpage, as per my unanswered question on your system.

Can someone investigate please?

e.g. link to view useage this month takes me to https://portal.plus.net/apps/paymentdetails/manage/

Sounds like maybe the payment system hasn't caught up with the fact you've paid. Or do you not have a valid payment method on file and so it is directing you to set one up to avoid any issues with payments failing?

And, no use to you but it works fiine for me too so it seems specific to your account.

You could close one of the existing 4 tickets you have open, and then raise a new one? From what I can see those are all addressing the payment issue which is now resolved anyway. We would close one for you but unfortunately as all 4 were raised through the portal all we can do is pass them back to yourself in order that you can close them

With regard to the redirect, if you disconnect the broadband via the router's interface and then reconnect you'll stop getting that.

I have enough trouble keeping up with all the "normal" disconnects, without implementing one myself!
