I suggest you tell Zen what you are doing, and that you want broadband to continue until the migration occurs. That should avoid them ceasing the broadband earlier.
Again, something important re the phone. Is that with Zen, or BT, or where?
The reason that is important is that unless they have changed the system, PlusNet do not transfer both at the same time. (There are plus and minus points about that). Once I have your answer I can advise further, and also I expect orbrey will be keeping an eye on his thread (Mon-Fri). But basically if your phone is
not with Zen you don't need to worry. If it is, then a bit of care is needed by PlusNet.
