yeah I accepted my line rate now, previous I didnt accept as my line kept occasionally jumping to a near 90 attainable. Like it was teasing me. After BT fixed my fault the line stopped teasing.

Latency affects snappyness more than people realise tho and its my view a 40mbit connection is still very capable, so if my line ever became interleaved due to error rate I would be very tempted to downgrade to 40./10 to get fast path back.

No, wrong BT say it still applied ip profile and DLM in force.

IP Profile to BT Wholesale services yes, no DLM. Like cable it either works or it doesn't, it can't rate adapt.
