Plusnet Fibre vs BT and traffic shaping

Looking at potentially getting plusnet 80mb fibre and wondered how it compares to BT in terms of speed traffic shaping etc?

Also i notice on the plusnet service status pages that there are quite often comments about upgrades to plusnet traffic management, however i was under the impression that nothing was throttled just some bits and bobs prioritized so that even VOIP works on a heavily used line, is this correct?

Just wanted to check as plusnet even work out cheaper than talktalk for 80mb fibre!

To give a brief explanation we do manage traffic to ensure it's correctly prioritized and not to throttle or restrict any services. This is to make sure we're supplying a good quality of service across different types of internet traffic in a way which avoids them from impacting on each other.

I absolutely agree with you all that you said... I have seen the results practically.

BT isp doesn't have any ip profile on their side (only Plusnet does)
