No internet yesterday

Did Plusnet have some issues yesterday (Oct 1)? My internet was down from around lunch time until at least 10 pm last night (last time I checked). All back up and running today. Definitely not a problem my end as I tried new filter, cables and also a different router.

I tried phoning twice but wait times were 30+ minutes so gave up.

I had no problems yesterday and so not a PlusNet general problem.
