Hi Chris,

Yeah, have been out for the morning, and just got home to find normal speeds, so whatever you've done seems to have fixed something, thank you! smile

Any idea how my profile came to be so low in the first place? Something happened around Saturday lunchtime. Prior to that I'd had no problem.

Can you shed any light on the alleged twice per day recent dropouts the troubleshooter seemed to think I've been having, as I hadn't been aware of any?

It looks like our fault checker picked this up from the drops on Saturday as there were a few.

We received a a report for your line when your line sync speed had briefly reduced and our profile then matched that, it's just not had chance to catch up yet that's why I gave it a nudge.

It looks like it was just due to the Saturday and nothing else to worry about, more than like due to some bigger issues we had.
