The router is the one that should trigger a Plusnet
Current line speed reset to just below the IP Profile. IIRC you can cause a PPP disconnect through the GUI. Then connect again after a minute might do the trick.
If it doesn't, then calling Plusnet is all you can do. (Tickets apparently take an age at the moment).
