I think you have misunderstood my first post in the thread
. I most certainly did not say that.
I could have made the third paragraph clearer if its last sentence had been
"The one exception being BT Retail, with Infinity, which is a Managed Install", but given its position in the post expected that to be implicitly understood.
At the end of the post I did say that as far as I know only BT Retail order the HWS by default. That was to expand on my mention earlier of it, and is nothing whatsoever to do with self-installs. The HWS is of course available with both Engineer and Managed installs.
