Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Interestingly BT says Download Speed 1.22 Mbps - IP Profile for your line is - 3.87 Mbps -

Sorry got distracted by non-computer things that evening and It would help if I had used right telephone number when doing diagnostics

Re-running it comes as

Download speed achieved during the test was - 1.15 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.8 Mbps-2 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 1.18 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.34Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.45 Mbps
