Looks like Openreach declined the order. "incompatible products on your line. Therefore, we kindly request that you contact your current phone and broadband provider to check if they have any special products on the line. Once this has been done, please contact us."

If they tried to place a FTTC order and your Digital Region is still active then yes that will fail.

You need to tell your DR ISP that you want to leave and cease that service, which frees the line up so PlusNet can place the FTTC order. This is where you get the possibility of a gap where you have no broadband at all for a week or two.

For no gap, get MAC migrate from DR to ADSL2+ and then place an order for FTTC after the 1 month minimum is up on the ADSL2+ service.

My contract runs out on 8/4/14..apparently if I was to cease the service before that there's a fee (more than just the monthly cost..) so i'm just going to let the contract expire, and get plusnet to try to re-order then.
