3 days and still no answer!

Well it's now been 3 days and still no answer to ticket 83443881!

What's going on Plusnet? You used to have such great CS! Is just this week had a new baby so don't have time to hang aground on phone.

Only three days? That's good for what should be Minusnet - Good CS costs a little more than the peanuts many monkeys ask,

So you had time to open a ticket, then waited three days and found the time to post on this forum?

Yet you haven't had the time to dial a number, click speaker,and carry on doing what you were doing, which would have given you what you needed on the first day?

I haven't actually got a phone at the moment mate! The joys of having a 2yr old knocking drinks all over the place! And last time I tried to ring Plusnet, the wait time was 23mins. Even with speaker phone, I'd still have to juggle looking after baby with running around after 2yr old crazy child and remembering to bring phone around with me!

Not really practical is it? Exactly what ticket system is designed for in my opinion.

Seriously, how do you find time to breathe regularly? Maybe Plusnet could send somebody out to you so you're not inconvenienced further?

After all, nobody else has ever had to deal with children/babies and make a phone call before.

Yes the wait time can be a little high depending on when you call, but you do get to speak to someone you can understand.

Argos sell phones for under £5, you could take the kids for a nice walk and tire the 2 year old out enough to give you time to use your new phone.

Sorry if this seems a tad brusque, but I've already had more than my fill of drama queens for this month.

If the 2 year old was snoring surely he wouldn't have to be chasing him, hence no need for the speaker function. Argos will deliver if you want them to, but of course excuses are easy to come by when you can't be bothered to lift a finger.

Also, I sincerely hope they don't have an emergency at their house with no phone to dial for help. Perhaps a wall mounted replacement phone ( £4.xx @ Argos )would avoid the flying drinks?

If you have nothing constructive to say Finguz don't bother saying anything at all. You must have nothing better to do if all you're doing is trolling these forums.

You know a lot of other Trolls with telephones then do you?

Why have a system that isn't utilised properly and if it wasn't written down it wasn't said is a term I use in my line of work on a regular basis?

The op has asked a reasonable question IMHO.
