Were you previously registered with these forums under the username "pr100"? Because your posting style seems exactly the same as that user (who also seems to be a big Zen fan since he hosts his domain with them).

To anyone other than Finguz that is actually interested in the cause of this, apparently there is a known bug whereby previous orders (in my case the order of caller id) get stuck, meaning you cannot activate new features until the problem is cleared.

Mind should be sorted within 24hrs they said. Now to a shop to buy a new phone!!
