While you may be frustrated use of swearing even if partially bleeped means the post is deleted.

Make the point in a non-swearing manner and it can remain.

I would rephrase ... but cant even remember what it was now ... so can't really be bothered to ....

So as a final update to this - it seems cancelling and moving the lines is easier than getting IP addresses.

1 phone call and an hour wait and BT have sorted something that PlusNet have taken days with and still not completed

Site has 1x BE line, 3 BT lines and 2 PN lines, - looks like I'll stick the PN lines with Zen and leave the hosted services off the BT line ...
