As BatBoy and jelv have said, and it will be the same with FTTC. But as they also said, you must not connect anything else in the office to that socket. (I assumed there would be a phone there).
Without a filter then you can't anyway

. But if for some reason you did plug a phone into it and perhaps use the master socket downstairs for the router, then that phone in the office would need a filter. Or if you have run a phone socket off the router one.
