Is that the same cabinet number as you are on? If it is then capacity is almost certainly the reason.

I would have also expected to show an availability date of May 14th for the OP own line checks, but it would appear his own line appears to show it available now.

We do see weird things like all the time, I would agree capacity is the blame, though I would also put some weird database issues in the mix too.

I don't want to assume whether this might be capacity or a records issue without seeing the details relating to this.
