Thanks Chris for sorting out my profile issue. It seems that it's not as common an issue as I thought!

Every time I've had an issue with Plusnet they've always resolved it for me or explained why they can't do what I want.

There's a problem we're aware of that means some customers can't run the test to get the IP profile, we've been talking to BT Wholesale about it and will continue to do so until it's resolved.

I have raised this matter back in February with Chris Pettitt....and it now June. That's four months now and I was really surprise that BT Wholesale doesn't care to do something about it. But, mine is fine and was fixed by Chris Pettitt here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,1242...

I'm still working on this. Had a call with BT Wholesale yesterday afternoon. They think they know what's causing the issue but I'm yet to get details on what they think is the problem.

I should hear more on this over the next couple of days.
