My install was moving the Master Socket so that I would then only need a very short cable from Master to Modem, then a short Ethernet cable from HH socket to PC. The cable provided with the HH Router was long enough- a couple of metres if I remember rightly.

The HH and Modem were then close to the new Master Socket position as the previous socket position in the Hall had no Power sockets available (2, one for Modem's Power block and the other for the Router)..
