84396011 is the ticket that has been open since the 17th april

Please can this be investigated asap. I am the chairman mentioned in the ticket

Many resaons for dragging on (out of plusnets control) now it is openreach

Its always worth raising these type of issues directly into Plusnet's Community Forum:- LINKY

Whilst PN Reps do visit here, they frequent the Community Forum much more regularly!
