It might be possible to have PN FTTC broadband-only on a BT Basic line...but probably not BT Infinity...

Yes but Plusnet will be charged £2.50 extra a month if that happen.

Well it is good business to give customers a good offer for taking more than one service...

Not anymore! Don't think Plusnet will NOT offer that again. They normally do this for new customer but have to sign up a longest length contract! Once my two years contract is up (I rather stay one month contract roll on)

From what i have seen, you only pay £9.50 for your service so I can understand why you have a 24 month contract....

I have 18 and pay full price - still never mind I have a plan muhahhaha

Yep 24 months is more discount than 18 months! U can ask Plusnet for 24 months to find out what offer u get from them. Good luck Pete.

Look at this offer £100 to spend - http://www.moritatelecom.co.uk/node/310

They would have to through a wicked worth while deal at me to take an 18 month contract for anything, I only have a 24 month contract with O2 refresh as I can pay off phone when I like and I'm free to get another phone or leave... ect.

Virgin is the only broadband company I have ever entertained an 18 month contract with and they gave me 12 months half price, 2 tivos free of charge, and free evening and weekend calls wicked deal then Liberty Global took over and my mad discounts went out the window with a shocking price increase.

I like the sound of that, exactly the same expression when I get a plan to bend terms.

Well as Igni said, they did pump a billion into it and no doubt that will give us more speed etc in the future

Well the investment at head ends is great but no good if they don't fix issues and and degraded equipment and coaxial in the local areas and the money they give to customers to make a problem disappear without a fix could go towards replacing degraded coaxial loops and faulty and worn cabinets.

Until then issues will still plague the networks and customers connections.
