Short answer, no, nothing to be concerned about in the slightest.

There are the purists who say "don't touch my traffic, let me handle that if I so choose" but to most average punters, that's a bit beyond them. And it will be those punters who will be the first to complain when their online TV/video starts buffering when little Jonny starts a massive download in another room etc etc.

Again, there are those that say it's more QoS than traffic management, but to most punters, QoS doesn't mean much.

I've never had any problems on Plusnet ADSL or FTTC/VDSL (since Nov 13) and with 3 kids (15/18/20) who hammer the connection, IPTV, Skype, online gaming etc etc, I have never spotted any downside to how Plusnet manage traffic what ever they want to call it.
