I am one of those people that doesn't like doing initial sales enquiry stuff over the phone. I want to contact PN about some questions regarding a move from Sky to their network. The only way I seem to be able to do so is to ring them, which leaves me no paper trail to refer back to, or the self help assistant, which is of no use in my case. The Facebook page doesn't take comments, so no help there either. An "old fashioned" email address would be great if someone could help please?

It may not be read at weekends. I believe that team are Monday-Friday, unless they find themselves at a loose end.

We don't have an email address for this type of query. We do have sales chat on our website, if you are stationary on a page for a period of time you may be invited to take part. I looked on FB, but couldn't find a way to make contact that didn't involve a phone. Linn has now responded though and my queries have been answered thank you.

If you go to the facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/plusnet you can click on "Message" in the header to send a message to Plusnet.
