I'm saying that in effect Plusnet never tell us what the problem was. Ever!

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

I would agree with that in this case which is why I assume that they just don't know as usually they are fairly open

No! In the status emails it is always "Now resolved ...". Maybe they say more in the Community forum, I rarely go there.
