My cab (cab3 SWTB) has finally gone live and is accepting orders. I have just placed an order for Fibre Unlimited Plus for March 25th on the 1pm-6pm slot.
I was under the impression that I'd have a confirmation email but have had nothing. There is also nothing in my account when I check online on the portal.
Should I have had an email? If so, can a rep please check this out for me?
