I think everyone concerned is waiting until tomorrow to see if the problem has been solved before starting another thread. (Edit 2: Or reeling in shock!)

The instruction to make sure you report it to Plusnet if you have problems either means either they think it is fixed, (unlikely), or is one of the crassest thread-locking messages I have ever seen on any forum.

I was told by a mod it was locked because its too big, so hopefully they wont lock the new one.
