Its quite easy - as long as you have the username and password details. Ignore the BT specific screens that you will probably see at startup in the interface - they have no use.

Once the correct username and password has been entered, it'll state its connected and you should be away

Yes, I'm not disputing that. But I suggested a solution and the reply wasn't particularly kind. The OP was also stroppy to others.

Reading moods in user forums is always difficult, perhaps we can all just accept that some nuancing to the posts was lost.

Google while perhaps having all the answers can be a minefield unless you use the right phrase when searching these days, a good many searches push sites trying to sell you stuff i.e. adverts or people trying to catch search traffic rather than old fashioned answers.

You suggested to try Google? I'm not surprised he wasn't impressed by your help. Hint - it's not a solution.

I just get annoyed with people who state the obvious, that they have already probably done.
