It should go up by the morning automatically. It updates three of four times a day I think.

Yes they can do it manually So if no joy by morning (Assuming you are happy to wait until then ) you will have to ring them and ask them to update their [censored] IP profile manually or you could ring them tonight

If the Plusnet profile has changed but you still get rubbish speeds you will need to disconnect then reconnect the DSL via the router interface - Not a resync
