As reported by me at great length on PN's own fibre forum I've had probs for the past week (no need for details here). Had a good response from PN this a.m. however, using the on-line chat facility - having decided that hanging on a voice line on a Saturday a.m. was just plain masochistic.

Hoping that the action put forward by the fine person who actually owned and addressed the prob will resolve it.

But, in case it doesn't, would you guys please suggest a good branded router to replace my technicolor 582n? This would naturally be preferable to a previous PN suggestion of buying a technicolor replacement (£99), as it would allow me to move to a different ISP if really essential.
