I have been with Plusnet for a few years now and the speeds have been decreasing and over the last couple of weeks I have experienced continuous drop outs of the connection. The support guy's are trying to help but work off a script so gone through switch the router off and on, change the router, micro-filter and plug in to the test socket but now need to send an engineer although there is no problem making phone calls and no noise on the line.
Thinking of moving away but as everyone says their pricing is competitive.
