Early hours line dropped by Plusnet

Latency jumped by 10ms on gateway ptw-ag04.

This is located in Telehouse West.

Disconnected router for five minutes. Reconnected on gateway pcn-bng02.

This is located in Colindale Point of Presence. Latency reduced by 5ms so still worse than it was before the line drop.

Whats the difference between Telehouse West and Colindale Point of presence. apart from 5ms latency tongue

Static IP Address are not affected by new network switch over.
