Re: Plusnet Broadband Price

Nobody is questioning a likely price rise following not long after BT(yes, maybe August/September), that's the obvious view to take - but where is he getting his specific facts? He's not answering and has made debunked posts on other boards.

Complete tosh!

[re: adslmax] [link to this post]

This whole topic is tosh - another of adslmax's fantasies.

Yes there will be an increase sometime this year, but by how much and when we don't know.

How people can repeatedly get away with posting speculation as facts without being pulled up on it by the site admins is beyond me.

After reading this

I've stopped myself hitting the order button. is it really as bad as they say?

My objection to his post is not in defence of Plusnet, it's integrity of these forums.

Visitors seeing the posters label of "knowledge is power" (nearly 4000 posts when you look at the profile) might assume his posts were factual.

Okay so I do totally agree with you on that. I'm debating on the above reviews whether or not to give them a try again and see if they are any good - and if not then hope for the price rise.

Fair point, Sorry I realised my post might of come across with a tone but I was genuinely shocked.

You had PN for a long time, I will re read your posts again to try and get a better understand of the service from 2016.

I just thought I would test the support wait times. Just been told 30 minutes as I type this.

That and the reviews tell me to stay away. which is so tragic frown

...(if this information is correct, which we have no evidence of at the moment
I believe it is a complete fiction.

Other than that at some point in the future Plusnet prices will rise by various amounts. As will Mars Bar prices. Discussing the detail wrt anyone's own intentions is a waste of time. By the time any rises happen every single person, Plusnet customer or prospective customer will be in a different position themselves.
