Service these days

Looking for constructive comments about the +Net service these days please. Already done the out of the frying pan into the fire with my recent move and am on the move again.

I've recently negotiated a 12mth renewal of my contract at £3 less than I was paying. Renewed my LRS at the same time as well so they are co-terminous. They tried to get me to sign up for 24mths but I stuck it out and came away happy enough. I'm satisfied with everything at the moment (hope I haven't tempted fate).

No issues here either, moved from Sky recently but got a new line vs a migration.

Getting 72-74Mbps pretty consistently and that�s testing via a Samknows whitebox used for Ofcom testing.

It may well be that I spoke too soon. The community forum has numerous posts indicating that the new billing system is throwing up errors. My first 'new' bill today certainly isn't correct.

Billing errors I can deal with, it is the slowdown in the peak that I need to avoid. Touch wood all will be well.

As usual +net upgrades never go according to Plans , look at past performance .
Even a Old +net staff member has the same problem with the NEW billing system as me

Have no problems...

The only thing I don't like is the inability to pay in advance of the monthly bill... But that's just an annoyance really.

That's my experience of them anyway - glad i left a few months back!

Basic service is OK.

I paid 12 months up front so avoided the billing system, or so I thought. They slapped a £1 a month charge on, but I managed to shake that. Only another couple of months and I'll be looking for a replacement. Had no real issues with Sky, so probably go back to them. Then back to Plusnet, if they are still around after that.
