Yes I was switching just to save money, it's the only positive thing I can say about Plusnet at this point, it's good value if it all works out for you.

£29 (80/20) + £75 Tops cashback + £50 prepaid card + Line rental saver = around £18pm

Their CS is shocking though, can't give straight answers for activation dates, or why I can't sign up online or why my previous orders were delayed and don't call back when they say would.

Maybe my multiple issues stem from it being a phone order, but I had enough and cancelled it. Rang up BT they offered me Infinity2 incl anytime calls for £32p/m, down from their previous "lowest" offer of £38. Sealed the deal in less than a 5 minute phone call, night and day for me.
