Apparently chat has been "temporarily disabled"
Sorry for the inconvenience but we've paused Live Chat for everything apart from Sales and Mobile whilst we investigate how best to use the facility. In the meantime, though it will continue to just say that we are busy for any other option.
Problem is, the chat widget just shows as busy. PN offer no timescale as to how long chat will be disabled for, neither do they say when (or if) they will announce it or show it is not available as a contact means in any way on the site. So, if you re in the queue already, you will be in for a long wait!!
Contemptable IMO.
